The privacy policy defines how personal data collected through the alians-serwis.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) are collected, processed, and stored for the purpose of providing electronic services.

The Service collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered within it.

Personal data collected through the Service are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.

II. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

Personal data are used for the purpose of:
+ performing a contract for services and e-services,
+ communication with the User (live chat, contact form, etc.),
+ sending newsletters (after the User’s consent to receive them),
+ providing social services,
+ promoting the offer of the Data Controller,
+ marketing, remarketing, affiliation,
+ personalizing the Service for Users,
+ analytical and statistical activities,
+ debt collection,
+ establishing and pursuing claims or defending against them.
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Service.

III. Types of Processed Personal Data

The Data Controller may process the User’s personal data, including name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number, and Tax Identification Number (NIP).

IV. Data Processing Period

User’s personal data will be processed for the period:
+ when the basis for data processing is the performance of a contract – until the expiration of claims after its performance,
+ when the basis for data processing is consent – until its withdrawal, and after withdrawing consent, until the expiration of claims.
In both cases, the limitation period is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to business activity – 3 years (unless a special regulation provides otherwise).

V. Disclosure of Personal Data

User’s personal data may be disclosed to entities affiliated with the Data Controller, its subcontractors, and entities cooperating with the Data Controller, e.g., companies providing e-payment services, courier/postal services, accounting, and legal firms.

VI. User Rights

The User of the Service has the right to: access their personal data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal). A request related to exercising the aforementioned rights should be sent to the email address serwis.alians@gmail.com. The Data Controller shall fulfill or refuse to fulfill the request immediately, but no later than within one month from its receipt. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that the processing of their data violates their rights and freedoms (GDPR).

VII. Cookies

The Service collects information using cookies – session, permanent, and from external entities. Collecting cookies supports the correct provision of services in the Service and serves statistical purposes. The User can determine the scope of access to cookies in their browser settings.

VIII. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

User data cannot be processed in an automated manner in such a way that any decisions could be made regarding them. User data may be profiled for the purpose of adapting content and personalizing the offer with the User’s consent.

IX. Final Provisions

The Data Controller has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that the rights of Users will not be limited. Information about the changes made will be presented in the form of a notification available on the Service. In matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
